What is my Total Delivery Time? I want to know before I order.
We are located in close proximity to Asheville, NC. You may Contact Us to arrange picking up your order up in person if you are in the area.
Most of our products are in stock so we can offer an Estimated Order Delivery Date during checkout. Your Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors. We consider processing time to retrieve and package your items, the shipping method you select and your location from our warehouse. Choose fast shipping and most likely your order will arrive at your doorstep very fast. Choose economy shipping and you’ll be waiting for that $90 factory manual (you really needed) for at least another week. By ordering from us we expect you to have realistic expectations – if you really need the manual quick then opt for our expedited delivery services – they are worth the added expense when you really need the manual. The manual will pay for itself once you use it.
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and there is no way we can guarantee these delivery dates so don’t hold us to them. We have no control over factors such as the weather, seasonal rushes, or processing time by a particular carrier. Fortunately, services like The United Postal Service are extremely reliable these days.
The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you select. We offer several different shipping methods. The choices available depend on…
1) Item(s) purchased
2) In-stock availability of the product
3) Destination address.
Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order, and are based upon a simple calculation of order processing time and actual shipping time in Business Days. * Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays within the United States.
Calculating estimated shipping dates is based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment (the “usually ships within” time is listed on a product’s detail page to help you gauge how quickly we can ship your order out).
To calculate your delivery estimate, simply take a moment to note the stock status on the product detail page, if the item is In-Stock expect it to ship within 24- 48 business hours (this is the “Processing Time”) and add the time it takes a package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address, based on the shipping method you’ve selected. Please note that orders for multiple products may take longer to pick and pack.

What Domestic (United States) Shipping Options Are Available?
RepairManual.com ships all orders using the United States Postal Service.
Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will begin processing the following business day.
Delivery time for oversized items differs slightly from the above options.
1 business day via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery). This is the fastest method available. Express Mail orders are given the highest priority.
2-4 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)
First Class Mail
3-5 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)
5-7 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)
What International Shipping Options Are Available?
International Priority Mail

How much will my Shipping Costs be?
You can avoid paying for shipping by choosing visiting our warehouse in person.
Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping costs are determined by:
1) The destination of your item(s)
Destinations outside the continental US may incur higher shipping costs and additional duties and taxes. We have no control over taxes and duties charged by tax authorities in your country. We do not charge customers for international taxes and duties ahead of time. All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
2) The shipping method you select
You will be prompted to choose your shipping option during checkout (Standard, Priority, or Express).
Typically, a premium is charged to ship the item when selecting Priority or Express shipping. Whichever method you choose we’ll hustle to get your order out as quickly as possible.
3) The size and weight of your item
Size and weight determine shipping costs only for large or heavy items.
How can I tell if an Item is In-Stock and Ready to Ship?
If an item is in-stock you will see the text “In Stock – Ships in 1-2 business days from North Carolina, USA. Expedited shipping available.”
If an item is out of stock you will see the text “Temporarily out of stock. Order now and we’ll deliver when available. We’ll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Out of stock items are shipped in the order they were placed.”
Out of stock items can be purchased but will not ship until they arrive in our warehouse.

How Can I Get My Items to Arrive Faster?
For most items we carry, you will be given the option of selecting 1 of 3 different shipping methods:
The method that you choose determines how quickly your item will arrive.
Can I Change my Shipping Method After I have Placed My Order?
You must speak with a warehouse staff member in person to make changes. Once an order has been marked with the status of Complete generally no additional changes can be made.
If I choose Express Shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Most times but not always. If you urgently need an item, go place your order now using Express Shipping. We process Express Shipments with top priority. All Express Mail orders need to be placed, picked and packed prior to 3:00 pm EST in order to have a chance of next day delivery. It usually takes us an hour, on a business day, for your order to be processed, so a good rule of thumb is to allow at least 2 hours for this to happen. Contact Us if you need any further help. If you miss this timeline, your order will be fully processed that day but will not ship until the next business morning. Also, please note that there are no weekend pick-ups or deliveries so you’ll need to take that into consideration as well.
Are There Any Rules And Restrictions I Should Know About?
Please be aware of the following in order to assist you with your shipping selections and needs:
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Your completed order must be received by 3:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Express Shipping.
All orders should include a valid U.S. Postal Service address, APO/FPO/PO Box addresses are okay as well.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages as soon as they ship. This information will be emailed to you if you provided an email address with your order. It is possible that it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. This basically means that even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on the RepairManual.com website may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods, therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on:
1) The type of product you purchased
2) The carrier that is delivering your product(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these instances you will receive an email indicating a change in your order status but no tracking information will be available. If there is a problem with delivery of the package we will need to contact the carrier for its whereabouts.
How is order status different from tracking information?
Your Order Status is supplied by the RepairManual.com and indicates what is happening with your order between the time you placed it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as USPS or UPS) that may provide Tracking Information which will allow you to follow your order from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches its destination. The tracking information will be emailed to you once it becomes available.
*Carrier-provided tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after a product has shipped from our warehouse.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. Please allow additional time for packages to arrive during Federal Holidays and if severe weather events are taking place.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the item has left our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier with this tracking number to check the status of your package delivery.
Keep in mind…
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your coworkers, neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your front or back porch. It is very rare that a package goes missing.
If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been deemed undeliverable.
