Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your order you must contact us by phone. All requests must be made BEFORE orders are marked COMPLETED. Orders that are canceled or changed when an item is marked COMPLETED will be treated as a return and are subject to a restocking fee (see below). Cancellations of digital subscriptions or software will be treated as a return except in the case of when the digital access code has been used to register the online product – in this case the item is non-returnable.

Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a cancellation fee not to exceed 5% of the purchase price.

Return Policy

Returning eligible products is easy. Within 14 days of receipt of an order you may return any item for a refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Items ordered from other companies.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tapes or software that have been opened (taken out of original packaging).
Any digital subscription to an online repair product that has been registered or electronically accessed.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, worn, dirty, used.

At the discretion of management, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically no more than 20% of item purchase price).
How to Return Your Item

Returning your item is easy.

If you still have the original packaging please include the address label with your return. Please write a short note stating the reason for your return, including either your address label or your invoice number to expedite the process. For your protection we recommend insuring your return. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Ship all returns to the following address:

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Important Payment Information

For security, your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card monthly billing statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
