The MF 220 Backhoe is a versatile tractor- mounted machine which can be used for various applications, including excavating for sew- ers, water and gas lines, ditch digging, graves, foundations for building work, basements and many other earth-moving jobs. The MF 220 Backhoe can be attached and detached to the MF 35 Utility – 65 Utility – 200 series and also the MF 300 series tractors. The MF 100, MF 200, or the MF 300 series loaders must be installed on the tractor to accommodate a backhoe. This instruction book is provided to enable the operator to learn to operate, to detach and attach the backhoe to the tractor, carry out normal maintenance; investigate and correct any minor faults which may occur during operation.
