Return Policy Returning books is easy. Read about our simple return policy. Order Fulfillment Most items are in stock and can be shipped the same day. Domestic orders generally require 3 to 5 days for delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. International Shipments The shipping and handling rates printed in our site are a guide. They are a best estimate based on our past experience with shipping an average package. The actual shipping charges plus handling will be applied to all orders shipped overseas - generally the amount you are quoted is the price you will pay. Customs charges, duties or any additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Backorders & Special Orders Occasionally an item may run out of stock. Be rest assured that we will fill your order and send you a confirmation as soon as our stock is replenished. We strive to maintain every item in stock.
