V.A.L.E. System - The V.A.L.E. system is a revolutionary and patent pending method of attaching the muffler canister to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding.
V.A.L.E. system allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

Factory installed removable U.S. Forestry Service approved screen type spark arrestor included with all Two Brothers Racing stainless & aluminum MX/ATV exhaust systems. DOES NOT fit, nor is it intended to be used with the C2, C4 or C5 mufflers.

M7 V.A.L.E. exhaust systems feature an exclusive X-Lite retaining ring that not only looks great, but also significantly reduces the weight of the exhaust system.

The V.A.L.E. inlet design eliminates the use of springs and creates an adjustable mount that is rock solid. The system also features a precision, mandrel-bent, thin wall s-bend tube, and for a full system, a custom fit header pipe for each model.
