Honda VF and VFR Interceptor

By the early 1980s, Honda had built a reputation for setting the technological pace in the motorcycle industry. The V45 Sabre and V45 Magna ushered in an entire generation of bikes built around a new, V-4 engine, narrow design. In 1983, this concept was created in the V45 Interceptor, a sporting motorcycle that opened to rave reviews. Honda's commitment to the V-4 concept could have sunk a lesser company, were it not for their tradition of fierce, independent thinking, and zeal for quality. The company's perseverance paid off in the end and set new standards among sport-touring enthusiasts.
