If you contact us with your invoice number we will be happy to investigate the status of your order.

We know you just want your order so here are some quick steps you can take while we research the whereabouts of your package.

  1. Double check the mailing address you provided us with. Is it correct? Can you receive postal mail at this address?
  2. Contact your local post office and inquire if they have your package and are holding it for delivery. Sometimes oversize packages will not be left in your mailbox. Usually a notification slip is left but not always.
  3. Check the status of your shipment at www.USPS.com with the tracking number we provided.
